Siporex Aac (Distributor-North Kerala)

In 1972, the Indian construction industry witnessed a revolutionary change with the introduction of SIPOREX Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks which was manufactured from Pune with the capacity of 2.7 lac cubic meters per year. Today, all major building projects in India make use of SIPOREX Blocks. These blocks made of Cement, Fly ash and Gypsum in ultra precision are now reaching Kerala from its most modern factory in Tumkur in Karnataka with capability of 1.5 lac cubic meter per year from 2011 onwards. The durability, precision, hardness, strength and light weight made it a most trustworthy product by the builders.

Weighing almost one fourth of laterite stone or cement block, SIPOREX blocks are most suitable for all type of buildings including multi storied buildings. This reduces construction cost considerably on RCC Frame Structure. Being double the size of laterite and cement blocks and also one fourth weight SIPOREX blocks covers more area with minimum labour. Electrical and plumbing works can be done easily as it is not hollow.

The machine precision of SIPOREX blocks in its Length, breadth and depth make it possible to get you a fine finish. The thickness on plastering can be reduced and hence cost on cement and sand can be saved.

Being a member of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), SIPOREX block is an Eco friendly product. The heat resistance feature reduces the heat passing through the block thereby reducing the room temperature.

SIPOREX blocks are available in convenient sizes for specific use.
The available sizes are 600mm x 75mm x 200 mm, 600mm x 100mm x 200 mm, 600mm x 125mm x 200 mm, 600mm x 150mm x 200mm and 600mm x 200mm x 200mm
